Appointments to the General Management Committee Europe of the Eurofactor Group

In the final quarter of 2007, Agnès Coulombe, Hubert Cunin, Massimo Mancini and Didier Mithouard joined the Eurofactor Group.

Agnès Coulombe is appointed as Group Human Resources Director and as a member of the General Management Committee Europe.

After serving as Marketing Manager in the Private Customer segment, and as Manager of Multiple Access Banking, Agnès Coulombe continued her career in administrative control and finance at Caisse Régionale de Crédit Agricole de la Brie. From 2005, she served as Human Resources Director of Caisse Régionale de Crédit Agricole de Brie-Picardie.

Aged 42, Agnès Coulombe is a graduate of the ESLSCA business school.

Hubert Cunin is appointed as Corporate Market Director for France and as a member of the General Management Committee Europe.

Before joining Eurofactor, Hubert Cunin began his career at Crédit Agricole d'Ile de France, where he occupied various posts in the Corporate division. In particular, he served as Director of the Corporate Business Centre from 1997. He then joined Crédit Agricole S.A. in 2001, in turn becoming Manager of Corporate Product Deployment, Manager of the Corporate Market Distribution Unit and finally Commercial Development Manager for the Professional Market.

Aged 44, Hubert Cunin holds a Master of Business Administration degree and a DESS degree in Corporate Finance from the University of Paris IX Dauphine.

Massimo Mancini is appointed as Chief Executive Officer of Eurofactor's new subsidiary in Italy, which is scheduled to open in April 2008, and as a member of the General Management Committee Europe.

Massimo Mancini has spent most of his career in the Coface Group, where he occupied various posts from 1995 to 2006. After beginning in credit insurance, he served as Manager of Acquisitions and Commercial Agreements and then as Director of the same Credit Insurance and International segment before becoming Chief Executive Officer of the factoring subsidiary in Italy at the beginning of 2005. From January 2007, he served as General Manager of the Italian factoring division of the Fortis Group.

Aged 39, Massimo Mancini graduated in Company Law from Statale University in Milan.

Didier Mithouard is appointed as Director of Group Operations (organisation, collection, credit, disputes and information systems) and as a member of the Executive Board.

Didier Mithouard began his career in 1981 as a research engineer at Thomson CSF. He joined Alcatel CIT in 1984 as Project Manager and then as Export Business Development Manager. From 1989 to 1996, at Cap Gemini, he served successively as Director of Telecom Marketing in Europe and as Director of the Telecom and Manufacturers Branch and created the Client Server Competence Centre in France.

In 1997, Didier Mithouard joined Sofinco as Director of Information Systems. In 2004, he became Director of Operations and Systems in the Specialist Financial Services segment of the Crédit Agricole Group.

Aged 51, Didier Mithouard is a graduate of the École Centrale Paris and holds a Master of Sciences degree (Ohio State University) and a degree from the Centre de Perfectionnement aux Affaires of the HEC business school (Executive MBA-CPA).
